Refund policy

We offer 60 days money-back guarantee. If you want to return an item for a refund, please note that we require the item to be mailed back to us and received before we can process the refund. Additionally, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

● The reason why you would like to return

REFUNDS

Refund Amount - You will be refunded for the cost of the product minus the shipping cost.

Please be advised that if an order is unclaimed or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

Once We process the refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, you’ve done everything mentioned above and you still have not received your refund yet. Please “Contact Us” at the contact details mentioned in the below-mentioned clause.

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who have engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activity in their account.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel an order without charge at any time before Scar Aloe accepts the order. You cannot cancel the order post acceptance of the order by Scar Aloe. If you decided not to accept the product post acceptance of the order by Scar Aloe, we may impose a penalty on you for the recovery of delivery charges and operation costs (“Cancellation fee”)

Scar Aloe may cancel an order (in full or partially) for reasons including shortage or unavailability of certain Products or force majeure events. In case Scar Aloe cancels any order, You will not be charged for such cancellations, and Scar Aloe will refund You for any payment already made.
