Shipping policy

GENERAL

Scar Aloe LLC is not responsible for taxes applied to your order. All fees (including tariffs and taxes) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Scar Aloe LLC shall have the exclusive rights to decide, amend, and modify the delivery terms (including but not limited to return, refund cancellation etc.) and fees.

Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

○ U.S. Orders: $4.95 for orders under $70.00. Free Shipping for orders $70.00 and over. 

○ U.S. Estimated delivery time: 3-4 business days

○ International Orders: $14.95 for orders under $100. Free Shipping for orders $100.00 and over.

○ International Estimated delivery time: 8-12 business days 

During US Holidays, packages are shipped out next business day.

PROCESSING TIME

● Please allow 1-3 working days for all orders to be processed and dispatched. Processing times may be extended if we are experiencing a high volume of orders

DISPATCH TIMES:

● The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
